How it works

• Transport on request

• Specially equipped vehicles

• Occasional journeys

• On the territory of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

• Sunday (or public holiday) to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. –10:00 p.m.

 Friday and Saturday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

 On 24 December: End of transport: 8:00 a.m.

• No accompanying service is offered (not even by the driver)

Beneficiaries and conditions

Persons with a severe disability who have an irreversible handicap or a physical, mental, sensory or psychologicalimpairment that prevents them from using public transport.

The Adapto transport was reformed and transformed into "individualised public transport" on 1 March 2020:

• Better integration of disabled persons

• Optimisation of transport

• Improved efficiency in putting vehicles into service.

The beneficiaries of the service are transported free of charge.

The application form must be sent with a medical certificate to the MMTP, Direction des transports publics, Service Adapto.

Former users of the Adapto transport service must submit a new application supported by the new medical certificate.
